The floor lamp Toio is a lighting classic from the Italian design duo Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni and one of her first lighting designs from the early 1960s. Especially in collaboration with the Italian lighting manufacturer Flos Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni were closely associated from the very beginning. Their designs, produced by Flos, were and remain the driving force behind the Italian company's reputation for innovative lighting design. The Toio floor lamp, designed in 1962, has been part of the Flos lighting collection since its inception. It consists of an angled and bent steel base with a diameter of 21 centimeters, which is available in various colors. black, red or white The lamp is painted. A nickel-plated brass rod secures the height-adjustable diffuser. A cord dimmer allows the light to be adjusted to the desired brightness.
