Calvet Bench

For Casa Calvet designed Antoni Gaudí a selection of tables, chairs - with and without armrests, benches, stools, shelves and paintings - undoubtedly the largest and most homogeneous collection of furniture designed by Antoni Gaudí during his entire creative period. Casa Calvet is Gaudí's very first residential building. It is located in Barcelona and was awarded the prize for the best building in the city in 1900. The bench Calvet Bench, like the other furniture from the Calvet collection, is still on display today in the Gaudí Museum in Parc Güell in Barcelona and is admired by around two million visitors every year.
