All lights from the Birdie family are operated with a special light source that uses energy-saving LED technology and delivers a light output of 1.5 watts. The light temperature, also known as the color temperature, is 2,700 Kelvin, which corresponds to warm white light. All lights from the Birdie series are not suitable for Outdoor use and are also not suitable for rooms with high humidity.

Inspired by white feathers
Birds Birds Birds - the triple combination of the English word for 'birds' describes the special shape of these filigree and artistic pendant light. In this pendant light , pairs of wings, handcrafted from white goose feathers, not only act as a decorative element but also as a reflector. They sit directly on the E27 base, the holder for the LED bulb - 24 in number. The manufacturer recommends using hairspray to protect the wings against dirt. The socket is held in place by flexible metal wires. The power is supplied via red and blue cables, which symbolize 'vein' and 'aorta' respectively. In addition to this original design by lighting designer Ingo Maurer from 1992, Birds Birds Birds can also be ordered from TAGWERC in a version with transparent cable connections.
Hovering birds of light
The light object can be dimmed using a wall dimmer for electronic transformers.
