Note 6 pendant light
Uplight and downlight
Ingo Maurer designed the pendant light Note 6, With this design, he – as so often – breaks with conventional ideas about what a pendant lamp should be. The lamp has a diameter of 80 centimeters and is equipped with a light source. This light source has an E27 socket, making it compatible with all corresponding incandescent bulbs within the recommended light output range. The Zettel'z 6 pendant lamp comes standard with a 2-meter-long power cable, but can alternatively be supplied with a longer cable. TAGWERC It can also be ordered with a 4-meter-long cable suspension. For larger rooms, the following is recommended: Notes 5 with a diameter of 120 centimeters, two light sources and DIN A5 Washi paper.
Washi as a World Heritage Site
Washi is the name of the Japanese paper used for Ingo Maurer's Zettel'z pendant lamps. Despite its delicate appearance, this special paper is many times stronger and more durable than conventional paper made from wood pulp. It is produced from the fibers of Japanese wood species using traditional manufacturing techniques and was declared an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2014. TAGWERC offers the original Zettel'z 6 paper sheets in two different replacement sets: 80 unprinted sheets or 40 printed and 40 unprinted sheets.
Elegant and an eye-catcher

The leaves made of Japanese pierce are individually attached to the delicate metal structure and can be freely rotated and aligned to achieve the desired light distribution. Whether as a standalone piece and central lighting element in a dining room, living room, or bedroom, or as a decorative eye-catcher in an entryway, hallway, gallery, or under an archway – the Zettel'z pendant lamp is uniquely suited to a wide variety of applications and interior design styles. By customizing the leaves with colors and patterns, the Zettel'z 6 can be adapted to existing decor.
A masterpiece of design and craftsmanship
One thing is certain: the Zettel'z 6 pendant lamp by Ingo Maurer is undoubtedly a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship. This makes the lamp not only a fully functional lighting element, but also one that lends a special atmosphere to any room.
Light quality
„The quality of the light is more important to me than the form, and so I have concentrated on that,“ Ingo Maurer said about his work as one of the most important light artists.Designer of the 20th century. His lighting designs were preceded by the iconic lamp „Bulb“, which came about in 1966 through a twist of fate and has accompanied Ingo Maurer throughout his life: „The light bulb has always been my guiding principle, from the very beginning.“ Maurer’s designs are diverse and sometimes arise in symbiotic cooperation with other designers, such as in 2012 with Moritz Waldemeyer for the LED lamp with the telling name „My New Flame“.
