Its name and shape are inspired by the headdress of the matador, one of the bullfighters. His iconic hat, known as the montera, is a symbol of courage, honor, and pride in Spanish culture. It represents history and belief deeply rooted in Spanish tradition and part of its intangible cultural heritage.
