Modular furniture that adapts to every situation has always been a theme in furniture design, and one that Peter J. Lassen dedicated. The mirror look is part of his Selection collection of Montanawhich goes back to his designs from 1982. Constructed from lacquered MDF with a height of 46.8 centimetres, a width of 69.9 centimetres and a depth of 1.6 centimetres, the oval mirror glass is framed with the selected color. The oval mirror shape forms an exciting contrast to the square or rectangular modular furniture. The special feature: The Figure Mirror can be mounted vertically and horizontally.

For dressing rooms and every other room
Almost every room benefits from a skillfully placed wall mirror - whether it's the entrance, hallway, dressing room, living area or children's room. A wall mirror has long been a basic feature in the bathroom and guest WC. All the better if it can be integrated into the color concept of the room in question or set an interesting accent. All this is possible with the Look wall mirror. Its oval shape without corners emphasizes an organic, flowing form that has a special significance in feng shui. The oval is said to be able to hold warm, strong energy in the room and create a balance to the yin.
Environmentally friendly processing
Environmentally friendly materials and environmentally friendly processing are becoming increasingly important - also in furniture design. The Look mirror and Montana meet these requirements, as they have the EU Ecolabel, environmental management in accordance with ISO 14001 and PEFC certification for the sustainable management of forests. The mirror frame is colored with a water-based lacquer - like all furniture from the Montana Selection Furniture line.
Room for individual personality
"Making room for personality" is the slogan Montana uses to describe and advertise its furniture system. Lassen designed the system in 1982 with 36 different modules in four different depths and in a few colors. Over the years, the Montana Selection palette has grown to 42 colors. In collaboration with the Danish color expert Margrethe Odgaard, the color selection was adapted to the demands we have today for functional, flexible and at the same time inviting interior design and now consists of 40 colors. Thanks to this special variety of colours, the Montana Selection collection can be used to realize almost any colour concept in your own four walls, individually and without great effort.

The Look mirror was designed by
Peter J. Lassen
Peter Joakim Lassen is one of the most visionary Danish entrepreneurs of the second half of the 20th century. Lassen developed his basic design for a modular shelving system as director of Fritz Hansen and later realized it with his own company Montana Møbler. An entire series of storage furniture is created from the basic design: shelves, containers and cabinets. Lassen relies on Denmark as a production location and is a visionary in the home office sector.
