Thorvald Side table for use at home as well as on terraces and outdoor areas in bistros, offices, medical practices, restaurants, and hotels. The Thorvald SC100 and SC101 lounge chairs, specially designed to complement the Thorvald side table and available with optional seat cushions, complete the outdoor-ready lounge set. The Thorvald SC102 side table can also be used as a stool. The legs of the side table are equipped with additional, adjustable glides, ensuring the side table and stool remain stable even on slightly uneven surfaces.
Unmistakable look
Space Copenhagen was consulted by the Danish sculptor in the design of the Thorvald Collection. Bertel Thorvaldsen Inspired by Thorvaldsen, arguably the most important Dane in the field of sculptural classicism, the museum in Copenhagen is dedicated to the Danish artist. The contrast between the mosaic patterns and repeating ornaments of the building is reflected in the steel frames and grid seating. The airy design, with its organic forms, blends seamlessly into its surroundings without losing its distinctive character.
