Hand-knotted from pure new wool, the design interior specialist delivers TAGWERC The VP Gate 1 rug is available in various sizes. Since the VP Gate 1 is made to order, larger sizes can also be customized. The Panton VP Gate 1 rug has a pile height of approximately eleven centimeters. It is available in the following colors: black, red, petrol and cream colors.
The VP Gate 1 rug makes use of the effect of contrasts. Lighter shades are juxtaposed with darker ones from the same color family. The strongest contrast in the VP Gate 1 rug is achieved with black and a light beige as its counterpart. Straight edges appear as lines on the hand-knotted VP Gate 1 rug, even though there are no actual lines. Dots and triangles seem to dissolve into squares – an optical illusion that... VP Gate 1 and VP Gate 2 differ in the arrangement of their individual shapes. This results in a redistribution of lighter and darker shades, creating a completely different effect that surprises the viewer.
