Materials and design

The Barboy is made of bent and lacquered plywood. The three compartments of different heights are flexibly stacked on top of each other and can be swung to the sides to open. A plywood top lacquered in the respective Barboy color forms the end and also serves as a tray or storage surface. The body of the Barboy rests on four stainless steel castors, which ensure mobility and stability. An elegant stainless steel knob serves as both the end and the holder.

Ideas and inspiration

In 2014, the Moët & Chandon brand created a special champagne filled with vintage champagne. Grand Vintage Barboy in a limited edition. The black paintwork was accentuated by a caramel-colored leather interior and a champagne cooler was added to the lower compartment. The middle compartment held four champagne flutes designed by Riedel, while the third compartment housed additional accessories. This creation from France provides ideas and inspiration for customizing the barboy to suit individual needs.
