Flowerpot - Excellent design
The body of the pendant light Flowerpot VP1 luminaire consists of two aluminum hemispheres. The upper, larger hemisphere holds the light source, while the lower hemisphere, which is just half the size, faces the upper one and is held in position by a metal frame that is invisible from the outside. The small hemisphere conceals the light source and provides a pleasantly indirect, lead-free light. The inner surfaces of the hemispheres are white coated and serve as a light reflector. The sophisticated design of the Flowerpot VP1 Designer Verner Panton once won the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany.
