WIRE TABLE LAMP 40

by Verner Panton, 1972

The Wire Table Lamp 40 by Verpan is the larger of the two table lamps from the Wire collection. Originally designed by the Danish Designer Verner Panton in the 1970s, the lamp was developed as part of a comprehensive furnishing line. In 2010, Verpan brought out a new edition of these table and floor lamps, which adheres closely to the original design. The hemispherical lamp head of the Wire Table Lamp 40 is made of translucent plastic, which elegantly conceals the light source and at the same time ensures gentle light distribution.
