Little Petra VB2 Sofa
The versions with sheepskin in particular, optionally covered in Moonlight or Sahara, support this idea and are characterized by special properties. On the one hand, real fur is particularly robust and hard-wearing. On the other hand, Little Petra covered with sheepskin is characterized by its moisture-regulating and insulating properties, which make it cosy and warm in winter and breathable and - not to forget - easy to care for in summer. Litte Petra VB2 in Moonlight or Sahara from &Tradition - for the furnishing experts at TAGWERC a cocktail couch that simply convinces everywhere.

Architect and Designer Viggo Boesen presented the Lounge Chair Little Petra was presented for the first time in 1938 at the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers Guild Exhibition. Further international exhibitions and awards followed, although only 30 units were produced at the time. Only two of the Little Petra VB2 sofa are said to have been produced at the time. Little Petra impresses with its compact size and special shape. Like a kind of negative form, the backrest of the Little Petra lounge chair replicates the anatomical silhouette of the person sitting on it. Thanks to this embeddedness, the lounge sofa Little Petra VB2 in the color Moonlight also feels particularly cosy and comfortable and playfully puts large, voluminous sofas in the shade.
The Little Petra VB2 sofa is particularly suitable for small apartments, lofts with open-plan situations and areas where a small and comfortable sofa is required. Little Petra VB2 is a sofa with special advantages. In addition to the craftsmanship of natural materials, Little Petra VB2 impresses above all with its excellent comfort and manageable size. With a length of 150 centimetres and a depth of 80 centimetres, the Little Petra VB2 sofa weighs just 35 kilograms. For a sofa, this is a lightweight and can even be easily moved by one person.
Low to the ground, open and 'embracing', the Little Petra VB2 sofa in the Moonlight shade embodies the essence of a lounge sofa and enables all kinds of seating positions in every conceivable environment: lobby, lounge, living room, club, men's room, nursing room, children's room, bedroom, hallway, office. "A lot of work has been invested to ensure the greatest possible comfort, from the seat to the upholstery," emphasizes the manufacturer, who reborn Little Petra VB2 in 2020. And emphasis was also placed on the use of natural materials: In addition to the cover made of breathable and moisture-regulating sheepskin, the legs of the sofa are made of oak or walnut. Because, Designer Viggo Boesens was a friend of natural materials.
The Little Petra VB2 sofa with sheepskin cover in Moonlight white or Sahara brown from &Tradition is an absolute eye-catcher. When you see the small and beautifully designed Little Petra VB2 sofa, you immediately want to settle down on the cocktail couch with a book or drink and leave the hectic world behind. This feeling of well-being is enhanced by the genuine sheepskin cover, available in a warm Sahara brown or - as shown here - in Moonlight white even stronger. The vegan version of the Little Petra VB2 sofa, upholstered in Karakorum fabric, is available as a separate item at TAGWERC Design STORE .
