Poltronova
Radical Design
Centro Studi Poltronova was founded in Florence in 2005. In reminiscence of Poltronova, the visionary furnishing company founded by Sergio Cammilli in 1957, Centro Studi Poltronova is reissuing a series of unique design classics that were no longer produced at the time. The highly sculptural furnishing objects have been available from interior designer TAGWERC since 2009. TAGWERC has always combined a love of unusual design and perfect quality.
Melodious names
The original furnishings with illustrious names such as the Superonda sofa, the lights Gherpe and Passiflora, the armchair Joe or the Ultrafragola mirror are available from TAGWERC. Thanks to this initiative and commitment, contract furniture by Ettore Sottsas jr. and classics reminiscent of the Bauhaus architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe or designs by the Superstudio architecture group and the Archizoom Associati design studio live on.
Attention to detail
The attention to detail at Centro Studi Poltronova, for example in production, can be seen in the example of the Joe armchair. The seat, an oversized baseball glove reminiscent of the legendary baseball player Joe DiMaggio, is sewn entirely from the finest leather. Centro Studi Poltronova offers the armchair Joe, which is popular with celebrities, in various versions, of which TAGWERC has samples ready for you.
Special exclusivity
TAGWERC recommends the postmodern design objects from Centro Studi Poltronova to all those who are looking for something special and at the same time want exclusivity.
